Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you're using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.

I'm not sure that this link is helpful for you but please check http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=124167 when you get a chance.  This result is RTT information between your desktop and mudfish nodes.  So you can check your ISP quality by reviewing RTT stddev values.  :-)

lower=better?

For RTT stddev values, yes 'lower' or closer to zero is definitely better because it means a stable connection.
