I found my credit is minus. Then I purchase $3.29 through IOS, why I still can not use it?

    I tried to pay in IOS app 2 times, but they are in keep status in history.

    Please let us know the Order ID. It starts `M` in Purchase History.

    I have no Order ID. The payment is under preserve status.

    To check your transaction, we need your transaction ID provided by Apple.  Please check it again and let me know when you get a chance.  Thank you for your patience.

    Apple just approved the purchase and double count... The number is MT4FD2Z81L. Now the credit become zero.
