Hi there, I was testing out the different subscription tiers and ended up having to use the 8Mbps one due to the initial game download size.
It seems I got charged all tier 1 tier 3 and tier 4 instead of just a tier 4 subscription. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to initial a refund and buy it again?
I clicked "private support" and got sent to here but it seems it still flaged as "technical support". Sorry for the trouble, if I should be creating a ticket relating to mudfish credit else where, please let me know!
@evilcatx Please make sure your mudfish version is at least v5.4.5 because to support the upper size of subscription data plan, you need to use it. Without it, I can't guarantee that it works fine.

For this case, please let me know if you want to refund the previous voucher of subscription data plan. :-) I can handle it for you. At this moment we don't allow the automatic refund of voucher to prevent the user abusing.
Yeah 0. 0 if you can refund the tier1 and tier2 subscription credit to my account it would be perfect. I probably gonna use tier4 subscription plan for 2-3 month.~
And for the v5.4.5, the reason I am currently using the v5.2.x was that XIGNCODE3 was targeting anything above as VPN and won't launch Lost Ark KR. Until that is fixed, I have to stay on a lower tier so I can keep doing other thing rather than turn on Full VPN...

Sad to hear that the latest version doesn't work properly. :-( However did you try to change Connection Protocols to TCP-based and test?

For the TCP-base test. I think it is more like the mudfish itself is being flagged by XIGNCODE3 as an VPN... I will give the new version tcp base a test and report back here
Get some interesting result.
It seems might be the new WFP item mode for Lost Ark is having a bug and not routing XIGNCODE3 process and causing it to report a not networking bug.
At least for 5.4.6, I was able to launch the Lost Ark item without full vpn and WFP mode

Yeah 0. 0 if I just leave the WFP off, xigncode3 don't complain at all. When I turn the WFP on (want to watch some twitch stream), it says inti error, might because of didn't get routed via WFP
Got it. It means it looks xigncode3 detects a redirection of connection via WFP (Windows Filtering Platform) and warns.
