Hello, I had 2 transactions (both cost $2.99 USD) last 2022-01-31 06:12:56 UTC and 2022-02-05 15:44:04 UTC, I tried to refund the item that I bought last 2022-02-05 15:44:04 UTC, but after for a while I decided to buy another $ 2.99 USD and it got me 30gb. But now It seems like my 30gb got refunded (the item I bought at 2022-02-05 15:44:04 UTC). Please help me fix the problem, maybe this was just a misunderstanding. Sorry for bad English. Thank you.

    Oh good thank you sm, I now have 5.69 USD balance in my account. I just recently topped up another $2.99 right after the incident, then now you gave back my item that was mistakenly refunded. Thank you so much. I highly recommend your service to my friends. Soar high!!
