I think Unsupported Games link could be helpful to solve your issue. :-) Please check when you get a chance.

i tried putting in the ip address and it keeps saying

"The destination could not be found." in the server location

is it a problem with the game server itself?

the application runs through a .bin file and that makes me confused still i added that P:appnamehere.bin too and that didn't route anything either

i can ping the ip address fine but i really don't understand what is the issue
