Hi, I purchased some credits today and changed plan to subscription mode, it's showing that I can change voucher for it 4-1 8-2 etc, I wasnt sure what plan would be the best so I picked first one, but the speed limit is causing packet loss probably. when I go to change voucher it takes it will take a new amount, but the current voucher i havent even used it for more than 20mins to check the latency. is there a way it deducts that amount since I havent used it at all or I've to purchase new one from remaining credits. Thanks.

2 year agoOh, I didnt know that I bumped it since I had typed half the comment and then edited so I thought maybe it's missed, thank you, is there a way to know if 8-2 or 16-4 would be a better voucher. I used to pay per traffic before and that had no packet loss so not sure what kind of speed is good enough for similar performance for valorant. also thank you for the refund!

Frankly I don't know for this question. However please monitor you're encountering MUDEC_00330 error while you're using current voucher.
Normally you could see this error when you hit the speed cap.
