Hello Mudfish Support,

I’m having an issue with item syncing across devices.

Problem I have an old item in my account called “eFootball 2023”. I created a new item called “eFootball 2025” and I want to keep only the new one.

However, every time I delete/remove eFootball 2023 from the PC/web UI, it disappears temporarily, but as soon as I open the Mudfish mobile app, “eFootball 2023” automatically comes back and reappears in My Items again.

What I want Please permanently remove “eFootball 2023” from my account (server-side) or disable whatever sync rule is re-adding it.

I want my account to keep only “eFootball 2025.”

What I tried

Deleted “eFootball 2023” from the PC local dashboard (127.0.0.1:8282) / Manage Items

Deleted it from the web dashboard (Manage Items)

Logged out / logged in again

Restarted the PC client

But the item still returns automatically only after opening the mobile app.

Important detail This looks like a cloud sync / auto-restore behaviour triggered by the mobile app, because the old item is re-added immediately when I open the app.

Please advise how to stop this syncing behaviour, or remove the old item permanently from my account.
