Hello Mudfish Support,


I'm experiencing an issue where my public IP no longer changes when connecting through Public Nodes.


Setup:

- Game: Cabal Online

- Node Mode: Full VPN based

- Selected Public Node: HK Asia (Hong Kong - So-net) - 1244

- Username: hatimu4445


Problem:

When I connect, the "Current Public IP" still shows my real ISP IP (157.10.1.37) instead of the selected public node's IP. This happens with every public node I try (Hong Kong, Sydney, Europe, etc.) — none of them change my IP anymore.


This used to work perfectly before: as soon as the VPN connected, my IP would immediately switch to the location I selected. The behavior only changed recently.


Could you please check:

1. Whether these public nodes are still active/online

2. If there's a config or routing issue on my account

3. Whether Full VPN mode is correctly redirecting all traffic


My account uses Pay Per Traffic and I still have traffic balance remaining (43.33 GiB). Please let me know what additional logs or info you need.

    Hi weongyo, thank you for the reply.

    I've already checked the basic functionality guide. Mudfish itself connects fine and authenticates without errors — the issue is specifically that my public IP is not changing even though Full VPN mode shows as connected.

    To clarify the test result:

    • Mudfish connects successfully, no error logs
    • But "Current Public IP" still shows my real ISP IP (157.10.1.37) instead of the selected node's IP
    • This happens on every public node (Hong Kong, Sydney, Europe, etc.)
    • It worked perfectly before — the IP would switch immediately on connect. Only changed recently.

    So basic functionality is working; the problem is the routing/IP redirection. Could you please check whether the public nodes are routing correctly on my account (username: hatimu4445), or if there's a config issue on the node side?
