Hello and good day loxch! It's been a while since I asked for your help... but right now I am facing some annoying problems with Mudfish and I have no idea what's the cause. The issue I am facing is, I am getting logged out for no reason! This causes my games to lag out of nowhere only to find out I have been logged out on Mudfish. Most of the time it happens when I refresh the page even though I have checked the "always keep me logged on" checkbox, I still get logged out. I hope you'll be able to help me since the games I've played these past few days keep getting laggy and having a lot of packet loss. I refresh and click on 300 heroes item and I get this and thrown back to login page. https://i.imgur.com/fsjmS8A.pn

    Sorry for this inconvenience.  Please check it again whether this issue happens again.  I'd change a nginx configuration at Mudfish side to fix this issue though I'm not sure that it's helpful.

    I'm not sure loxch, but it still logs me out for no reason at all and I get unstable ping because of it. I have no idea when this started but I'm pretty sure Mudfish was fine a few months ago. I get lag in game then when I open mudfish I find out I am logged out for many times already ㅠㅠ

    Oh thank you, but my firewall is turned off. What should I do then?

    For logout issue, Is it consistenly happening on your environment?  If then is your public IP changing dynamically? At mudfish side, we're using a load balancing to distribute web loads based on your public IP.  If your public IP is dynamically changing, I guess this issue could happen.

    The logout issue consistently happens when I use Mudfish. My public IP changes dynamically but it only changes whenever I turn off and turn on my router. I do not turn off my router even when I sleep so my IP stays the same. I never turn off my router while in game because that doesn't make sense and the log out happens while I'm inside a game and my ping will suddenly start to rise to 200~300. I will then try to check the Mudfish node for the lag issue and only find out I am logged out for no reason... I've been using Mudfish for nearly 2 years now and I never experienced this so I don't know what's happening.

    Could you pleas send me Problem Report when this log out issue happens? I need to check the internal logs.

    Done. It logged me off again today just now. My ping spiked to 270+ from 50 and when I checked Mudfish I am logged out. Hope there'll be a solution :c

    Now I can't login. When I login it, it will take a while and say "Successfully logged out". I can log in on the site just fine though but not on the program. I also have my firewall still turned off.
