Help, my mudfish is not working, the Process is always marked with an X in the dashboard.

Edit: Please help asap, now whenever I try to login into mudfish launcher, it logs me out instead. And after several tries, I can finally login but the Core Process is never ready, it is always marked with an X. I've tried to uninstall/re-install, disable anti-virus, etc.. but nothing works. Yesterday Mudfish was still working fine, what happened?

    I'm seeing the following messages like

    ---- 30.96 run MUDEC_00280: VSS_open(14.63.223.218:443) failed: 2 20839112
    ---- 30.96 run MUDEC_00256: Failed to connect to the master server.
    ---- 30.96 run MUDEC_00281: Failed to fetch the routing table. (r -1)

    It means it failed to connect the master server. Please check http://mudfish.net/docs/en/support/firewall.html#mudfish-master-server link and try with `-O` option ot `-t` option.

    I'm not sure which environment you're using by this log. Are you using mudfish under network firewalls? If you get a chance, please send me Problem Report for details. I need to look internal logs.

    It seems you encounter 2 issues to use mudfish; 1) logging out after signning in means that your desktop can't connect to the master server, 2) if you can sign in with your account, it means it's good to connect to the master server of mudfish so please check 'Status -> Process' menu to know why Core Process is always X.
